This is a great basic medicine lock box for a entry price. You would need to be able to remember the 3 digit combination so if you are taking medications that make your short term memory have issues than this may not be the best one for you. The box is sturdy but the lock could be easily pried open if someone really wanted to get into it. So we suggest this box only if you are trying to keep medications away from smaller children.
